People aged 25 to 29 are soon to be able to book their coronavirus vaccination according to the Health Secretary Matt Hancock’s latest Covid announcement. After months of waiting, those in this age group will be able to book in a time to get their jab.
Mr Hancock today confirmed 25 to 29 year olds in England will be able to book a Covid vaccine from tomorrow (Tuesday, June 8).
Text messages will be sent to those registered with their GP surgeries, asking them to book their jabs.
June 7 will mark six months since the vaccination programme began worldwide.
Thus far, 14m people have been vaccinated in the UK and two billion doses have been delivered across the globe.
